  • Administered by Sao Paulo Tourism, Anhembi Park has been modernized since 2005, mainly on the issue of accessibility, according to the legislation of the country and technical rules, notadamente a NBR 9050/2015, Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT). As a result of inclusive labor, Palace of Conventions received the Seal of Accessibility, granted by the Standing Committee on Accessibility (CPA), the City of São Paulo, attesting to the adequacy of its auditoriums to receive Disability and Reduced Mobility.

    The visitor who participates in events at the Convention Center now has:

    ● Fillet track access
    ● Routes and affordable getaway
    ● Handrails
    ● Signaling visual and tactile
    ● Guide beaconing
    ● Ring
    ● Braille Signage
    ● Platform lifts
    ● Public telephones accessible
    ● clearance at doorways and hallways
    ● Toilets accessible / with grab bars / signaling ports and alarm in case of accident
    ● Capacity special parking
    ● Lowering guides and sidewalks
    ● In auditoriums, seats reserved for Obese People (PO), People in Wheelchairs (PCR) and People with Disabilities and Reduced Mobility (PMR).

    Towards full accessibility of the areas

    Items that have not been adapted in other areas of events are already listed and included in the renovation or construction projects, since the Anhembi has constant attention in order to provide the greatest comfort and accessibility to patrons of their spaces.
