DDR

Enables you to receive direct calls, without requiring a telephone operator to receive your call and transfer it. Where contracted, other resources such as extension blocking, call divert and capture group can also be included, according to the needs of your event.

VOIP

Calls are made via the Internet, without having to use a computer, which enables cost reduction. Tellfree, which hired the Anhembi Parque for the application of this system, is responsible for commercializing this technology.
